I have a strong passion to use sports and physical activity as a vehicle to highlight my strength and to use it as motivation to overcome life’s challenges.
My career has been a personal journey that has provided me with the opportunity to grow into the person I want to become. It has taught me to persevere and continue to chase the impossible, to be resilient in my beliefs, and to show compassion to others but more so towards myself.
I studied for a BSc. Sports Science with an honors degree at the University Of Stellenbosch, my first few years of studies kindled the passion within me to work with people and to help them to reach their goals. In 2018 I started IAMunlimited a practice that provided physical therapy for children in Kinderkinetics, athletics coaching, sports massaging and conditioning classes.
The past couple of years of challenges allowed me to chase my dream and go on to study for my second degree in Psychology. I Graduated in 2022 with a BA. Hons. Psychology (Cum Laude), it has allowed for the transition of FLOREER & ORG. The foundation of the practice is set on the mental development of individuals through Wellness and Sports Psychology Counselling.
The heart of it is based on becoming who you truly are as an individual and an athlete.
